Management Trainee — Operations & Business Scaling

Process review, equipment research and implementation work on a packaging process.

• Mapped the manual filling process, material movement and accountability gaps.
• Researched filling equipment and vendors and supported the implementation plan.
• Helped prepare equipment requirements, training and operating checks; completed production and financial outcomes are not established here.

KPMG India

Analyst, Internal Audit (GRCS)

Internal audit and compliance work across IT businesses, automotive and pump manufacturing, medical warehouses and food-catering operations.

• Handled day-to-day on-site work on my second project: an IFC engagement covering 120 controls across eight sub-processes for a ₹500 crore+ manufacturer, with support from two seniors.
• Identified nine key system-related and practical process gaps on that engagement.
• Reviewed SOPs and evidence, tested controls and discussed findings with experienced process owners.
• Worked on other client assignments including surprise compliance checks, warehouse and food-catering reviews, and reporting. Left KPMG on 20 June 2025.
